Santa Paws has been.. Last year we were given many drugs (Valerian & Catnip), this year.. the same.

I heard the human slaves call this thing a "plague rat".  Not the name I would have called it, someone needs to re think their advertising policy.  Still filled with drugs though, happy days.

Pandora went and discovered a whole bed filled with drugs, I heard the slaves say this was stopped by customs but luckily the secret hiding place for the drugs was not discovered.  Lucky us.  Pandora would not let go though.

Bribery works

Recently the slaves have been overheard talking about something called a "holiday" and "Switzerland" and "OTHER cats".  After much discussion amongst ourselves regarding this issue we began to get worried.  How could they even consider leaving us?  Come to think of it, how could they consider leaving ME?

It seems they have resorted to bribery to persuade us things will be okay.  Schrodinger and Eowyn have stated they refuse to take part in such nefarious activities, and as such have stayed away from the outside play area.

 On reflection I have decided bribery is perfectly fine.  First of all I happily accepted some green covering on the floor of the play area, then to seal the deal the slaves provided us with a new tree to play with outside.

Pandora has taken an immediate liking to this tree and agreed bribery is an acceptable thing.

So my message to the slaves is this, bribery works.  Go to this Switzerland place, enjoy the company of "other" cats whilst you are there, leave us alone.  Just remember you have set the standard very high now, our fees for accepting your absence have now gone up.

Spring has sprung

Spring has sprung!  How do I know this?  Because the human slaves have allowed "the garden" (as they call it) to have a very large growth of wild.  I eventually persuaded them to allow me to go play in the wild today.

I have to take advantage of this growth of wild as the male slave starts to feel guilty about the growth of wild and removes it when he can be bothered.

In the wild I got the chance to hunt things through the heavy growth, I heard birds in the trees but due to the heavy wild I could not see any.

In case you were wondering about the other users of the slaves, they are okay but as they did not get the chance to play in the wild I figured I would make this all about me today.

A Glowing Orb

Yes, a miracle has taken place in the skies above me.  A large glowing orb that warms the ground has been seen today.  When Schrodinger was told the news his reaction was one of shock.  Well he later said it was shock, I just thought he had gone crazy.

Eowyns reaction was the complete opposite. She opened one eye, yawned, and went back to sleep.

I went for the cute look to the human slave so he would let me out in the glowing warm light.  

He gave in...

Pandora and myself enjoyed the light outside in our play area whilst the other two stayed inside and slept, boring.

Lazy me

So it seems I need to apologise.  In my rush to avoid the cold yesterday I decided to share a picture of me looking rather unhappy in the snow.  What I didn't realise was I had already used a very similar picture.  When Schrodinger saw this I think we can all agree he looked less than amused by my lazy actions.

Come to think of it, horrified might be more appropriate.  I did apologise but he wouldn't have it, telling me I was guilty of lazy blogging.  To make himself feel better he decided to take out his anger on his favourite mouse.

Pandora decided this was a good thing as normally Schrodinger takes his anger out on him.

Whilst of course Eowyn decided to just sit there and look pretty.

So once again readers I am sorry for my lazy blogging, it won't happen again. Now then, time for sleep and keeping warm.

April? Really?

It's April, a time of showers and sun, the humans are still gorging themselves on something called Easter Eggs.  Though I am more than happy to play with the shiny foil.  So could someone please explain why the white stuff was falling from the sky again? I mean, seriously, April?!

Does this face look amused? Exactly.

To make matters worse the slaves heating devices, radiators I think they are called, are not working.  Hello, snow is falling from the sky and your heating devices are not working.  What sort of service are you providing?  I expect better from my slaves.  Due to the cold Schrodinger used the classic line of "It's cold, let's share body heat" with Eowyn, she fell for it.

I would write more but I am too cold for that, paws and keyboards are not working well together.

Even more snow

Well would you believe it, even more white stuff fell from the sky.  Once again the slaves put the  safety harnesses on myself and Pandora and we went exploring.  This time the white stuff was deeper..

The male slave took lots of pictures of me, so I tried to look athletic, which is rather difficult when all the snow sticks to your fur.  Both the slaves were so happy with the above picture of me they sent it to many people.  If you go to this link thingy on the interweb and press something called like I might win a new food bowl.  http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=465606680155817&set=a.465606600155825.94615.112783135438175&type=1&theater

Pandora wasn't so excited, but he did make an effort.  He did draw a line in the snow saying the really deep stuff was not for him.

Eventually even I felt rather windswept and a little bit chilly so I insisted the slaves take me inside to be dried off and to have the snow brushed from my fur.

The White Stuff

Well today I woke up and was greeted with a sight I had not expected in this home, white stuff covering the ground.  I think it is legendary as the male slave was bred on the southern coast of this land where they don't see the white stuff so he gets way too excited about it.  It seems to cover the ground it has to fall from the sky.

This is me checking out the very small bits of white stuff falling from the sky.  In case you are wondering, this is the outside playground Pandora and myself are allowed to go in.  Eowyn sometimes joins us but Schrodinger is a bit of a pansy and never comes out here, he says he likes his home comforts.  The slaves have even provided a shelter for us.

The biggest surprise of today was the slaves putting some safety gear on Pandora and myself and letting us go outside of the playground to explore the white stuff.  Of course, as soon as Pandora heard there was white stuff to enjoy he was ready and eager.

Initially he was disappointed, getting the wrong idea about white stuff but in the end he was happy when he found some grass to chew on.  Though he did complain about not having the right footwear.

I was very excited as I did not have to worry about footwear, mine came as standard.

I was able to strike some excellent poses for the annoying slave with the photographic device.

I have heard the slaves say they will take me out again later when the white stuff stops falling from the sky, excellent.
